NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Thomson Board of Adjustment and Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Thomson Town Hall, 25 E. Harney Road, Esko, Minnesota, on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m. to consider the following variance request:

Variance No. 25-01, Daniel & Nicole Bass, 41 Rahkola Road, Esko, Minnesota: To reduce the minimum side yard setback requirement of thirty-five (35) feet for a dwelling in the Living Area Three (LA3) Agricultural Zoning District.

The property is located at 65 Parkview Lane, Carlton, Minnesota and is described as a tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 4, Township 48 North, Range 16 West, Town of Thomson, Carlton County, Minnesota (PIN 78-010-1003).
